  1. 1. Place the chickpeas in a sieve and catch the water. The chickpeas can be used for other dishes.
  2. 2. In a tall container, beat the chickpea water, whipping aid, and sugar with a hand mixer and whisk until foamy for about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Bring approximately 1 liter of water to a boil in a pot. Roughly chop the coating and let it melt in a bowl over the boiling water.
  4. 4. Let the melted coating cool for about 3–4 minutes, then gently fold it into the chickpea foam. Place in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  5. 5. Once the chocolate mousse is firm, serve. Enjoy your meal!
