🍳 Vegan scrambled tofu

Ingredients
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- chives, fresh 10 g
- tofu, plain 200 g
- smoked tofu 200 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- turmeric, ground 0.25 tsp
- vegan butter alternative 2 tbsp
- vegan fresh spread, plain 3 tbsp
- Vemondo grating delight 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Halve the onion and peel it. Cut the onion into thin strips.
- 2. Wash the chives. Shake them dry. Cut the chives into fine rings.
- 3. Drain the tofu. Pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Crumble the tofu in a bowl. Use your hands or a fork. Make sure the pieces are of different sizes.
- 5. Season the tofu with salt, pepper, and turmeric.
- 6. Heat 2 tablespoons of plant-based butter in a pan. Set the heat to medium-high.
- 7. Add the tofu and onions to the pan.
- 8. Fry the mixture for 5 to 6 minutes on all sides.
- 9. Add the vegan spread and the vegan grated cheese to the tofu.
- 10. Stir everything for about 2 minutes.
- 11. Season the dish with salt and pepper to taste.
- 12. Sprinkle the finished dish with the chives. Serve it.
