  1. 1. Put flour, baking powder, soy yogurt, olive oil, water, and salt into a large bowl.
  2. 2. Mix the ingredients with a hand mixer using dough hooks or by hand until a smooth and elastic dough forms.
  3. 3. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel.
  4. 4. Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces.
  6. 6. Knead each piece briefly.
  7. 7. Roll out the dough pieces on a work surface to a thickness of about 0.5 cm.
  8. 8. Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  9. 9. Cook the naan breads without fat for about 2 minutes on each side.
  10. 10. Place the finished breads on a plate.
  11. 11. Cover the breads with the kitchen towel to keep them warm.
  12. 12. Repeat the baking process with the remaining dough.
