🍽️ Crispy Vegan Naan Bread

Ingredients
- all-purpose flour, Type 550 550 g
- baking powder 2 tsp
- soy yogurt 150 g
- olive oil 1 tbsp
- water 3 tbsp
- salt 0.5 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Put flour, baking powder, soy yogurt, olive oil, water, and salt into a large bowl.
- 2. Mix the ingredients with a hand mixer using dough hooks or by hand until a smooth and elastic dough forms.
- 3. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes.
- 5. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces.
- 6. Knead each piece briefly.
- 7. Roll out the dough pieces on a work surface to a thickness of about 0.5 cm.
- 8. Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 9. Cook the naan breads without fat for about 2 minutes on each side.
- 10. Place the finished breads on a plate.
- 11. Cover the breads with the kitchen towel to keep them warm.
- 12. Repeat the baking process with the remaining dough.
