🍽️ Vegan Garlic Bread

Ingredients
- garlic cloves 3 pcs.
- vegan margarine 100 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- baguette 2 pcs.
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (convection). Peel the garlic and chop it finely. In a bowl, mix the garlic with the margarine and season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 2. Cut the baguette diagonally at intervals of about 2 cm without cutting all the way through, and brush the cuts with some of the garlic margarine. Bake the baguette on a rack in the oven for about 8–10 minutes, until golden brown.
