🥤 Creamy Vegan Potato Gratin

Ingredients
- potatoes, mainly waxy 1 kg
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- margarine, vegan 1 tsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- nutmeg, ground pinch
- oat cream 350 ml
- Vemondo Grating Delight 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
- 3. Peel the potatoes.
- 4. Slice the potatoes into very thin slices or use a mandoline.
- 5. Peel the garlic clove.
- 6. Halve the garlic clove.
- 7. Grease a large baking dish with margarine.
- 8. Rub the inside of the dish with the halved garlic clove.
- 9. Place the potato slices into the dish.
- 10. Season the potatoes with salt.
- 11. Season the potatoes with pepper.
- 12. Season the potatoes with nutmeg.
- 13. Take a bowl.
- 14. Pour the oat cream into the bowl.
- 15. Season the oat cream with salt.
- 16. Season the oat cream with pepper.
- 17. Pour the seasoned oat cream over the potatoes.
- 18. Place the baking dish in the oven.
- 19. Bake the gratin for about 20 minutes.
- 20. Remove the baking dish from the oven.
- 21. Sprinkle grated vegan cheese over the gratin.
- 22. Place the baking dish back in the oven.
- 23. Bake the gratin for another 30 minutes until golden brown.
- 24. Remove the baking dish from the oven.
- 25. Let the gratin cool down for a short moment.
- 26. Serve the finished dish.
