🍽️ Creamy Vegan Potato Gratin

Ingredients
- small potatoes, mainly waxy 1 kg
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- oil 1 tbsp
- soy drink 350 ml
- salt pinch
- nutmeg, ground pinch
- Vemondo Grating Delight 150 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan-forced.
- 2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
- 3. Peel the potatoes.
- 4. Slice the potatoes into very thin slices or use a mandoline.
- 5. Peel the garlic.
- 6. Grease a large baking dish with some fat.
- 7. Rub the inside of the dish with the garlic clove.
- 8. Place the potato slices into the dish.
- 9. Pour the soy drink over the potatoes.
- 10. Season the soy drink with salt and grated nutmeg.
- 11. Place the dish in the oven.
- 12. Bake the gratin for about 20 minutes.
- 13. Remove the dish from the oven.
- 14. Sprinkle the vegan grated cheese over the gratin.
- 15. Bake the gratin for another 30 minutes until golden brown.
- 16. Take the finished gratin out of the oven.
- 17. Let the dish cool down for a short while.
- 18. Serve the gratin warm.
