  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Cut the bread into cubes of about 2 centimeters.
  3. 3. Place the bread cubes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  4. 4. Drizzle the bread with olive oil.
  5. 5. Bake the bread for about 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. 6. Melt the margarine in a pot over medium heat for about 1 minute.
  7. 7. Add the flour and stir briefly.
  8. 8. Continue heating the mixture for about 1 minute.
  9. 9. Pour in the white wine and the oat drink (barista version).
  10. 10. Increase the heat and stir constantly with a whisk.
  11. 11. Bring the sauce to a boil until it becomes creamy.
  12. 12. Reduce the heat to the lowest setting.
  13. 13. Add the Genießerscheiben (vegan cheese slices) to the sauce.
  14. 14. Stir the slices smooth using a hand mixer with whisk attachments.
  15. 15. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, turmeric, and sweet paprika powder.
  16. 16. Serve the fondue in the pot or in a fondue dish.
  17. 17. Serve with the crispy bread cubes and cornichons.
