🍽️ Vegan Flammkuchen Ciabatta

Ingredients
- Weat flour, Type 405 500 g
- Water 300 ml
- Dry yeast 1 packet
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Sugar pinch
- Salt pinch
- Onions, red 1 pc.
- Smoked tofu 150 g
- Soy yogurt 100 g
- Mustard 30 g
- Balsamic vinegar, light 1 tsp
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, water, yeast, oil, one tablespoon of sugar, and one tablespoon of salt in a bowl to form a smooth dough.
- 2. Let the dough rest covered for about 15 minutes.
- 3. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 4. Halve the onions, peel them, and slice them into thin strips.
- 5. Place the smoked tofu in a colander, let it drain, and cut it into small cubes.
- 6. Mix soy yogurt, mustard, light balsamic vinegar, and a little sugar in a bowl.
- 7. Season the sauce mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 8. Flour your work surface and roll the dough into four equal baguette shapes.
- 9. Place the dough shapes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and press them down slightly.
- 10. Spread the prepared sauce mixture over the dough shapes.
- 11. Distribute the sliced onions and tofu evenly over the top.
- 12. Sprinkle a little more pepper over the top.
- 13. Bake the ciabattas in the oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
- 14. Let the flammkuchen ciabattas cool down slightly and serve them on plates.
