🍳 Vegan Festival Sandwich

Ingredients
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- vine tomatoes 4 pcs.
- salad mix 80 g
- cucumbers 0.5 pc.
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- vegan fresh spread, plain 150 g
- salt pinch
- Vemondo vegan burger patties 4 pcs.
- oil 3 tbsp
- flatbread 4 pcs.
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings.
- 2. Wash the tomatoes and remove the hard stem.
- 3. Slice the tomatoes.
- 4. Wash the lettuce and pat it dry with a cloth.
- 5. Wash the cucumber and cut off the ends.
- 6. Grate the cucumber coarsely into a bowl.
- 7. Squeeze the grated cucumber lightly with your hands.
- 8. Pour off the released liquid.
- 9. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 10. Add the chopped garlic to the cucumbers.
- 11. Add the natural vegan spread.
- 12. Stir the mixture well.
- 13. Season the sauce with salt to taste.
- 14. Divide the burger patties into quarters.
- 15. Roll the individual pieces into an elongated shape.
- 16. Heat oil in a frying pan on high heat.
- 17. Fry the patty pieces on all sides for approx. 6 minutes until crispy.
- 18. Cut the flatbreads open on one side.
- 19. Fill the flatbreads with the burger patty pieces.
- 20. Add the tomato slices.
- 21. Add the lettuce.
- 22. Add the cucumber-garlic sauce.
- 23. Serve the sandwich and enjoy!
