🍰 Vegan Danube Wave Trifle in a Glass

Ingredients
- Almond drink 250 ml
- Vanilla pod 0.5 pcs.
- Cornstarch 20 g
- Salt pinch
- Sugar 1.5 tbsp
- margarine, vegan 50 g
- Vegan muffins, cocoa 2 pcs.
- Sour cherries in jar 175 g
- Shaved chocolate, dark 10 g
Instructions
- 1. Pour 150 milliliters of almond drink into a pot.
- 2. Scrape out the seeds of a vanilla pod and add both the seeds and the pod to the pot.
- 3. Bring the almond drink with the vanilla to a boil.
- 4. Remove the vanilla pod from the liquid.
- 5. Whisk cornstarch, a pinch of salt, and sugar with the remaining cold almond drink until the mixture is smooth and lump-free.
- 6. Pour the starch mixture back into the pot with the remaining almond drink.
- 7. Bring the mixture back to a boil while stirring constantly for at least one minute.
- 8. Beat pudding powder with room-temperature margarine in a bowl using a hand mixer until creamy and smooth.
- 9. Place the pudding cream in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to cool down.
- 10. Crumble the muffins into small pieces using your hands.
- 11. Distribute the muffin pieces evenly into the bottom layers of the dessert glasses.
- 12. Drain the sour cherries.
- 13. Layer the sour cherries and the chilled pudding cream alternately in the glasses.
- 14. Top the desserts with chocolate sprinkles.
- 15. Keep the glasses cool until ready to serve.
