Ingredients
- Vine tomatoes 2 pcs.
- Lettuce 0.25 pcs.
- Rye bread 8 slices
- Margarine, vegan 2 tbsp
- Vegan gourmet slices 8 slices
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomato thoroughly, remove the core, and slice it. Carefully separate the lettuce leaves, wash them, and dry them in a salad spinner.
- 2. Spread the bread with plant-based margarine, place one lettuce leaf and one vegan gourmet slice on each. Decorate with tomato slices and serve. Enjoy your meal!
