Ingredients
- all-purpose flour, Type 405 225 g
- brown sugar 150 g
- baking powder 0.5 packet
- turmeric, ground 0.5 tsp
- vanilla sugar 1 packet
- salt pinch
- oil 75 ml
- mineral water, classic 250 ml
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Grease a springform or tart pan with 28 cm diameter.
- 3. Dust the pan with flour.
- 4. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, turmeric, vanilla sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- 5. Add the oil and mineral water.
- 6. Stir quickly with a whisk until you have a homogeneous batter.
- 7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- 8. Bake the batter in the oven for about 30 to 35 minutes.
- 9. Take the cake out of the oven.
- 10. Let the cake cool down.
- 11. Decorate the cake as you like with ingredients such as strawberries and cream.
