  4. 4. Grate about one teaspoon of the zest finely.
  5. 5. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
  6. 6. Take a bowl and briefly mix spreadable fat, sugar, and two tablespoons of lemon juice.
  7. 7. Pour the soy drink into the bowl and mix it with the mixture.
  8. 8. Add flour, baking powder, and the lemon zest to the bowl.
  9. 9. Stir everything well until a uniform batter forms.
  10. 10. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  11. 11. Bake the cake in the oven for about 45 minutes.
  12. 12. Carefully remove the cake from the oven.
  13. 13. Let the cake cool down completely.
  14. 14. Take a clean bowl for the glaze.
  15. 15. Mix two tablespoons of lemon juice with powdered sugar.
