Ingredients
- courgettes 1 pc.
- salt pinch
- garlic cloves 3 pc.
- lemons 1 pc.
- soy yogurt 500 g
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly, cut it in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, and grate it coarsely. In a bowl, mix the cucumber with some salt and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
- 2. Peel the garlic and chop it finely. Wash the lemon, cut it in half, and squeeze out the juice. Slightly squeeze the cucumber with your hands and drain the excess liquid.
- 3. In the bowl, combine the cucumber with the soy yogurt and garlic. Season with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper, then serve.
