Ingredients
- all-purpose flour, Type 405 300 g
- sugar 50 g
- baking powder 2 tsp
- vanilla sugar 8 g
- salt pinch
- almond drink 300 ml
- oil 3 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Then add the almond drink and 2 tablespoons of oil, and whisk everything into a smooth batter.
- 2. Preheat the waffle iron and lightly grease it. Pour one ladleful of batter into the mold and bake the waffles for about 2–3 minutes until golden brown. Serve as desired. Enjoy your meal!
