  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius using the top and bottom heat setting.
  2. 2. Line the bottom of a springform pan with baking paper.
  3. 3. Add 300 grams of flour, 150 grams of sugar, one packet of vanilla sugar, half a packet of baking powder, and a quarter teaspoon of salt to a large bowl.
  4. 4. Mix the dry ingredients well together.
  5. 5. Add 180 grams of margarine.
  6. 6. Knead the margarine into the mixture with your hands until a smooth dough forms.
  7. 7. Press the dough thinly into the prepared pan.
  8. 8. Shape a border about 3 centimeters high from the dough.
  9. 9. Wash a lemon thoroughly with hot water.
  10. 10. Grate about one teaspoon of the lemon zest.
  11. 11. Squeeze the lemon to extract the juice.
  12. 12. Melt 100 grams of margarine in a small saucepan.
  13. 13. Add vanilla-flavored soy yogurt to a separate bowl.
  14. 14. Add the grated lemon zest.
  15. 15. Add 30 milliliters of lemon juice.
  16. 16. Add the melted margarine.
  17. 17. Whisk all the filling ingredients together well.
  18. 18. Add vanilla pudding powder.
  19. 19. Whisk the mixture again until the pudding powder is dissolved.
  20. 20. Pour the filling into the cake pan onto the dough base.
  21. 21. Bake the cake for about 70 minutes.
  22. 22. Turn off the oven after the baking time.
  23. 23. Let the cake cool down in the turned-off oven.
  24. 24. Remove the cake from the oven and serve it.
