🥗 Vegan Tomato Feta Style Salad

Ingredients
- Cherry tomato mix 800 g
- Red onions 1 pc.
- Basil, fresh 20 g
- Vegan feta cheese 1 pc.
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Garlic, granulated pinch
- Herbs of Provence, dried 0.5 tsp
- Balsamic vinegar, dark 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the tomatoes in half.
- 3. Halve the onion and remove the outer skin.
- 4. Cut the onion into thin strips.
- 5. Rinse the basil and shake it dry.
- 6. Cut the basil into thin strips.
- 7. Cut the vegan feta cheese into small cubes.
- 8. Place the cheese cubes into a bowl.
- 9. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- 10. Season with salt and pepper.
- 11. Add garlic and Herbs de Provence.
- 12. Mix everything well so the cheese marinates.
- 13. Take a second bowl.
- 14. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to this bowl.
- 15. Add balsamic vinegar.
- 16. Season with salt and pepper.
- 17. Mix the dressing ingredients well.
- 18. Place the halved tomatoes into a large serving bowl.
- 19. Add the sliced onions.
- 20. Add the basil strips.
- 21. Pour the dressing over the vegetables.
- 22. Toss the vegetables gently with the dressing.
- 23. Gently fold in the marinated cheese cubes.
- 24. Plate the salad and serve it.
