  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
  3. 3. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems and chop them roughly.
  4. 4. Mix soft margarine with the chopped parsley in a bowl.
  5. 5. Season the margarine-parsley mixture with salt and pepper.
  6. 6. Let the pineapple slices drain in a sieve.
  7. 7. Toast the bread slices in the toaster.
  8. 8. Slice the smoked tofu into thin slices.
  9. 9. Spread the parsley margarine onto the toast slices.
  10. 10. Top the toast slices with the smoked tofu slices.
  11. 11. Place the pineapple slices on top of the tofu.
  12. 12. Place the vegan cheese slices (cheese alternative) on top as the final layer.
  13. 13. Place the topped toasts on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  14. 14. Bake the Hawaii toasts in the oven for about 10 minutes.
  15. 15. Carefully remove the toasts from the oven.
  16. 16. Plate the toasts and serve them.
