🍽️ Vegan Hawaii Toast with Smoked Tofu

Ingredients
- parsley, fresh 40 g
- margarine, vegan 2 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- pineapple slices from the can 290 g
- toast bread 8 slices
- smoked tofu 200 g
- vegan cheese slices 8 slices
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
- 3. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems and chop them roughly.
- 4. Mix soft margarine with the chopped parsley in a bowl.
- 5. Season the margarine-parsley mixture with salt and pepper.
- 6. Let the pineapple slices drain in a sieve.
- 7. Toast the bread slices in the toaster.
- 8. Slice the smoked tofu into thin slices.
- 9. Spread the parsley margarine onto the toast slices.
- 10. Top the toast slices with the smoked tofu slices.
- 11. Place the pineapple slices on top of the tofu.
- 12. Place the vegan cheese slices (cheese alternative) on top as the final layer.
- 13. Place the topped toasts on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 14. Bake the Hawaii toasts in the oven for about 10 minutes.
- 15. Carefully remove the toasts from the oven.
- 16. Plate the toasts and serve them.
