🍰 Vegan Zucchini Mug Brownies

Ingredients
- Zucchini 1 pc.
- Spelt flour, Type 630 200 g
- Margarine, vegan 3 tbsp
- Apple sauce 4 tbsp
- Baking powder 1 packet
- Cocoa powder 80 g
- Brown sugar 5 tbsp
- Vanilla sugar 2 packets
- Salt pinch
- Oat drink 150 ml
- Icing sugar 10 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Wash the zucchini thoroughly.
- 3. Grate the zucchini finely.
- 4. Place the grated zucchini into a large bowl.
- 5. Add flour, margarine, apple puree, baking powder, cocoa powder, cane sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt to the bowl.
- 6. Pour in the oat drink.
- 7. Stir all ingredients well until a uniform batter forms.
- 8. Grease eight oven-safe mugs or ramekins with a little fat.
- 9. Distribute the batter evenly among the prepared mugs.
- 10. Place the mugs in the oven and bake them for about 30 minutes.
- 11. Carefully remove the mugs from the oven.
- 12. Let the brownies cool down for a short moment.
- 13. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the brownies.
- 14. Serve the brownies directly in the mugs.
