  1. 1. Warm oat drink in a pot for about 1 minute until it is lukewarm.
  2. 2. Crumble the yeast into the lukewarm oat drink.
  3. 3. Dissolve 1 tablespoon of sugar in the yeast drink mixture.
  4. 4. Let the mixture rise in the pot with the lid on for about 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the remaining ingredients to a bowl: yeast drink mixture, sugar, margarine, salt, flour, marzipan paste, orange marmalade, and raisins.
  6. 6. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
  7. 7. Let the dough rise for about 30 minutes.
  8. 8. Shape the dough on a lightly floured surface into a stollen loaf.
  9. 9. Place the stollen on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  10. 10. Let the stollen rise covered for about 30 minutes.
  11. 11. Preheat the oven to 180 °C fan.
  12. 12. Bake the stollen with raisins for about 30 minutes.
  13. 13. Let the stollen cool down.
  14. 14. Dust the finished stollen with powdered sugar.
