  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 175 °C (top/bottom heat). Roughly chop the chocolate. Bring water to a boil in a pot. Melt the chocolate in a metal bowl over the hot water.
  2. 2. In a bowl, beat the soft margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt with a hand mixer until frothy. Add the oat drink and vinegar and mix well. Gently stir in the melted chocolate, flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder until a smooth batter forms.
  3. 3. Pour the batter into a small greased loaf pan and bake in the oven for about 50 minutes. Let the vegan chocolate cake cool down briefly and then serve. Enjoy!
