🥤 Moist Vegan Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
- chocolate, dark 100 g
- margarine, vegan 180 g
- sugar 120 g
- vanilla sugar 1 tsp
- salt pinch
- oat drink 350 ml
- vinegar 1 tbsp
- wheat flour, Type 405 200 g
- cocoa powder 80 g
- baking powder 0.5 packet
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 175 °C (top/bottom heat). Roughly chop the chocolate. Bring water to a boil in a pot. Melt the chocolate in a metal bowl over the hot water.
- 2. In a bowl, beat the soft margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt with a hand mixer until frothy. Add the oat drink and vinegar and mix well. Gently stir in the melted chocolate, flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder until a smooth batter forms.
- 3. Pour the batter into a small greased loaf pan and bake in the oven for about 50 minutes. Let the vegan chocolate cake cool down briefly and then serve. Enjoy!
