  1. 1. In a bowl, mix flour, 100 g sugar, cocoa powder, a pinch of salt, and baking powder well. Then add 100 g room-temperature spreadable fat and knead everything by hand into a more homogeneous dough.
  2. 2. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 175 °C (top/bottom heat). In another bowl, mix soy yogurt, 200 g sugar, vanilla sugar, and vanilla pudding powder well.
  3. 3. Grease a springform pan. Roll out half of the dough thinly to line the bottom of the pan and create a border about 3 cm high. Pour the filling into the pan and distribute the remaining dough in patches on top. Bake the cake for about 60 minutes.
  4. 4. Carefully remove the vegan Russian pull cake from the oven, let it cool, and then serve. Enjoy your meal!
