Ingredients
- vegan margarine 180 g
- sugar 120 g
- vanilla sugar 1 packet
- salt pinch
- oat drink 250 ml
- vinegar 1 tbsp
- wheat flour, type 405 300 g
- baking powder 0.5 packet
Instructions
- 1. Turn on the oven to 175 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Take a large bowl.
- 3. Add the soft margarine to the bowl.
- 4. Add the sugar to the bowl.
- 5. Add the vanilla sugar to the bowl.
- 6. Add a pinch of salt to the bowl.
- 7. Beat the ingredients with a mixer or whisk until creamy.
- 8. Pour the oat drink into the bowl.
- 9. Pour the vinegar into the bowl.
- 10. Mix the liquids well with the mixture.
- 11. Add the flour to the bowl.
- 12. Add the baking powder to the bowl.
- 13. Gently fold in the flour and baking powder.
- 14. Stir the batter until it is smooth.
- 15. Grease a small loaf pan.
- 16. Pour the batter into the loaf pan.
- 17. Place the pan in the oven.
- 18. Bake the cake for about 60 minutes.
- 19. Take the cake out of the oven.
- 20. Let the cake cool down a bit.
- 21. Serve the cake.
