  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Take 80 grams of soft margarine, 50 grams of sugar, a pinch of salt, and 180 grams of flour.
  3. 3. Mix these ingredients with a hand mixer and dough hooks until you have a smooth dough.
  4. 4. Put the dough in the fridge for later use.
  5. 5. Rinse the plums under running water.
  6. 6. Cut the plums open and remove the pits.
  7. 7. Take a separate bowl for the crumble.
  8. 8. Mix 100 grams of soft margarine, 100 grams of sugar, and 100 grams of flour in it.
  9. 9. Work the mixture until crumbly streusel are formed.
  10. 10. Also chill the streusel in the fridge.
  11. 11. Line a 26-centimeter springform pan with baking paper.
  12. 12. Grease the sides of the pan with some margarine.
  13. 13. Take the dough out of the fridge and roll it out into a circle on a floured surface.
  14. 14. Place the dough circle into the springform pan.
  15. 15. Press the dough so that it covers the bottom and forms a border about 3 centimeters high.
  16. 16. Prick the dough base several times with a fork.
  17. 17. Sprinkle some breadcrumbs evenly over the dough base.
  18. 18. Place the pitted plums evenly on the dough.
  19. 19. Distribute the cold streusel generously over the plums.
  20. 20. Put the pan into the preheated oven.
  21. 21. Bake the cake for about 60 minutes.
  22. 22. Take the cake out of the oven carefully.
  23. 23. Let the cake cool in the pan.
  24. 24. Dust the finished cake with powdered sugar before serving.
