  1. 1. Peel the bananas and cut them into small cubes.
  2. 2. Wash the apples thoroughly under running water.
  3. 3. Cut the apples into quarters and remove the core.
  4. 4. Cut the apple flesh into small cubes as well.
  5. 5. Cut a lemon in half.
  6. 6. Squeeze the juice from the lemon halves.
  7. 7. Place the banana cubes and apple cubes into a tall blender jar.
  8. 8. Add two tablespoons of lemon juice.
  9. 9. Add the oat flakes to the jar.
  10. 10. Add the soy yogurt to the jar.
  11. 11. Add the cinnamon to the jar.
  12. 12. Add the oat drink to the jar.
  13. 13. Blend all ingredients thoroughly until a creamy mixture forms.
  14. 14. Pour the drink into glasses and serve immediately.
  15. 15. Alternatively, pour the drink into bottles to take with you.
