🥤 Creamy Oat Muesli Smoothie

Ingredients
- bananas 2 pcs
- apples, red 2 pcs
- lemons 1 pcs
- oats, fine 100 g
- soy yogurt 200 g
- cinnamon 0.5 tsp
- oat drink 600 ml
Instructions
- 1. Peel the bananas and cut them into small cubes.
- 2. Wash the apples thoroughly under running water.
- 3. Cut the apples into quarters and remove the core.
- 4. Cut the apple flesh into small cubes as well.
- 5. Cut a lemon in half.
- 6. Squeeze the juice from the lemon halves.
- 7. Place the banana cubes and apple cubes into a tall blender jar.
- 8. Add two tablespoons of lemon juice.
- 9. Add the oat flakes to the jar.
- 10. Add the soy yogurt to the jar.
- 11. Add the cinnamon to the jar.
- 12. Add the oat drink to the jar.
- 13. Blend all ingredients thoroughly until a creamy mixture forms.
- 14. Pour the drink into glasses and serve immediately.
- 15. Alternatively, pour the drink into bottles to take with you.
