🥤 Vegan Milkshake with Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients
- Almond Drink 850 ml
- Soy Yogurt 400 g
- Lemons 1 pc.
- Vanilla Sugar 1 packet
- Agave Syrup 4 tbsp
- Cream Cookies 15 pcs.
- Chocolate, Dark 100 g
- Vegan Vanilla Ice Cream 8 tbsp
- Chocolate Sprinkles, Dark 4 tsp
- Mini Donut 4 pcs.
Instructions
- 1. Pour 800 milliliters of almond drink, soy yogurt, 4 tablespoons of lemon juice, vanilla sugar, and agave syrup into a tall container.
- 2. Add 8 Cream Cookies to the container.
- 3. Blend the ingredients with a hand blender for about 3 minutes.
- 4. Roughly chop the chocolate.
- 5. Heat 50 milliliters of almond drink in a pot over medium heat.
- 6. Add the chopped chocolate to the warm almond drink.
- 7. Stir until the chocolate has melted and a smooth sauce has formed.
- 8. Roughly crush the remaining cookies by hand.
- 9. Pour the milkshake into 4 tall glasses.
- 10. Portion the vanilla ice cream onto the glasses.
- 11. Drizzle the liquid chocolate sauce over the top.
- 12. Garnish with the crumbled Cream Cookies and chocolate sprinkles.
- 13. Place donuts on the glasses and serve with a straw.
