  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius with fan.
  2. 2. Whisk the egg replacer, mineral water, soft margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt in a bowl with a hand mixer until frothy.
  3. 3. Add 150 milliliters of oat drink, flour, cornstarch, and baking powder to the mixture and stir well.
  4. 4. Grease a bundt cake pan and dust it with flour.
  5. 5. Pour three quarters of the batter into the prepared pan.
  6. 6. Smoothly mix the remaining batter with 50 milliliters of oat drink and cocoa in a separate bowl.
  7. 7. Pour the dark batter into the pan on top of the light batter.
  8. 8. Draw a few lines through the batter with a fork to create a marble effect.
  9. 9. Bake the cake in the oven for about 45 minutes.
  10. 10. Roughly chop the chocolate and place it in a pot.
  11. 11. Warm the pot on low heat and melt the chocolate together with the peanut butter.
  12. 12. Remove the pot from the heat as soon as the glaze is liquid.
  13. 13. Roughly chop the peanut kernels.
  14. 14. Take the cake out of the oven and carefully turn it out onto a cooling rack.
  15. 15. Let the cake cool down for a short while.
  16. 16. Pour the chocolate peanut glaze over the cake.
  17. 17. Sprinkle the chopped peanuts over it.
  18. 18. Let the cake cool completely.
  19. 19. Slice the cake and serve it.
