  2. 2. Place the soft margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
  3. 3. Beat the ingredients with a hand mixer until fluffy.
  4. 4. Stir in the soy drink and the vinegar.
  5. 5. Add the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder.
  6. 6. Stir the dry ingredients in briefly until just combined.
  7. 7. Grease the cake tin and dust it with flour.
  8. 8. Pour three quarters of the batter into the prepared tin.
  9. 9. Mix the remaining batter with 50 milliliters of soy drink and cocoa.
  10. 10. Add the dark batter to the tin as well.
  11. 11. Drag a fork through the batter a few times to create a marble effect.
  12. 12. Bake the cake for about 45 minutes.
  13. 13. Let the cake cool down for a short while.
  14. 14. Carefully turn the cake out onto a wire rack.
  15. 15. Let the cake cool completely.
