🥤 Fresh Vegan Mango Lassi

Ingredients
- Mango 0.5 pc.
- Lemon 1 pc.
- Mint, fresh 5 g
- Soy yogurt 150 g
- Soy drink 50 ml
- Agave syrup 1 tsp
- Turmeric, ground 0.25 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the pit.
- 2. Cut the mango flesh into large cubes.
- 3. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 4. Wash the mint and shake it dry.
- 5. Place the mango cubes, soy yogurt, soy drink, agave syrup, and turmeric into a tall container.
- 6. Blend the ingredients until very smooth.
- 7. Pour the lassi into glasses.
- 8. Garnish the glasses with the fresh mint.
- 9. Serve the lassi immediately and enjoy!
