  1. 1. Peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the pit.
  2. 2. Cut the mango flesh into large cubes.
  3. 3. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
  4. 4. Wash the mint and shake it dry.
  5. 5. Place the mango cubes, soy yogurt, soy drink, agave syrup, and turmeric into a tall container.
  6. 6. Blend the ingredients until very smooth.
  7. 7. Pour the lassi into glasses.
  8. 8. Garnish the glasses with the fresh mint.
  9. 9. Serve the lassi immediately and enjoy!
