  1. 1. Thoroughly rinse the lentils. Bring to a boil in a pot with about 700 ml water and cook for around 40 minutes. Meanwhile, peel the garlic and slice it thinly. Wash the chives and pat them dry. Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice.
  2. 2. Heat some oil in a pan over low heat and fry the garlic for about 3 minutes until golden brown. Then let it drain on kitchen paper.
  3. 3. Place the lentils in a sieve and rinse under cold water. In a bowl, mix the lentils well with soy yogurt, chives, 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Serve the vegan lentil dip together with the garlic chips. Enjoy your meal!
