  3. 3. Pour in oat milk suitable for baristas and mineral water.
  4. 4. Beat the batter quickly until it is airy and smooth.
  5. 5. Melt 2 tablespoons of margarine in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. 6. Pour half of the batter into the hot pan.
  7. 7. Fry the batter for about 8 minutes until golden yellow.
  8. 8. Wait until small bubbles form on the surface.
  9. 9. Halve the batter using a spatula.
  10. 10. Flip the pieces of batter.
  11. 11. Fry the other side for another 2 minutes.
  12. 12. Break the finished batter into pieces using the spatula.
  13. 13. Dust the pieces with 1 teaspoon of sugar.
  14. 14. Caramelize the Kaiserschmarrn for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
  15. 15. Turn the pieces regularly during this process.
  16. 16. Transfer the Kaiserschmarrn to a plate.
  17. 17. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
  18. 18. Drain the sour cherries into a sieve.
  19. 19. Catch the cherry liquid in a bowl.
  20. 20. Add 100 milliliters of water, vanilla pudding powder, and 1 tablespoon of sugar to the liquid.
