- margarine, vegan 160 g
Instructions
- 1. Put the flour and a pinch of salt into a large bowl.
- 2. Cut the cold margarine into small cubes.
- 3. Add the margarine cubes to the flour in the bowl.
- 4. Knead the ingredients into a smooth and even dough.
- 5. Wrap the dough tightly in cling film.
- 6. Place the wrapped dough in the fridge for 30 minutes to rest.
- 7. Now process the dough according to your desired recipe instructions and bake it.
