  1. 1. Pour oat milk, plant-based egg replacer, and sugar into a shallow bowl.
  2. 2. Whisk the ingredients in the bowl with a fork or whisk until the sugar has dissolved.
  3. 3. Spread one tablespoon of peanut butter onto two slices of toast.
  4. 4. Spread sour cherry jam onto the same two slices of toast.
  5. 5. Place the peanut butter slices on top of the jam slices to form sandwiches.
  6. 6. Dip the sandwiches one by one into the oat milk mixture.
  7. 7. Turn the sandwiches in the liquid so that both sides are well coated.
  8. 8. Melt margarine in a frying pan over medium heat.
  9. 9. Place the soaked sandwiches into the hot pan.
  10. 10. Fry the sandwiches for about three minutes on the first side until golden brown.
  11. 11. Turn the sandwiches and fry them on the second side for another three minutes until golden brown.
  12. 12. Remove the finished sandwiches from the pan and place them on plates.
  13. 13. Gently press the sandwiches together so that the jam oozes out at the edges.
  14. 14. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the sandwiches.
  15. 15. Optionally, place a Halloween stencil on the toast, sprinkle the powdered sugar over it, and carefully lift the stencil away.
