  7. 7. Place the seitan pieces into a bowl.
  8. 8. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the gyros seasoning.
  9. 9. Mix everything well so that the seitan is marinated.
  10. 10. Wash the dill under running water.

  12. 12. Remove the thick stems from the dill.
