  4. 4. Beat the ingredients with a hand mixer until creamy and fluffy.
  5. 5. Stir in the apple puree gradually.
  6. 6. Add semolina, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, hazelnuts, and oat drink.
  7. 7. Mix everything until you have a smooth batter.
  8. 8. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  9. 9. Spread the batter evenly over the tray.
  10. 10. Distribute the drained mandarin segments over the batter.
