🍰 Vegan French Toasts with Caramelized Apples

Ingredients
- Apples, red 2 pcs.
- Oil 5 tbsp.
- Brown sugar 2 tbsp.
- Bananas 2 pcs.
- Oat drink 200 ml
- Salt pinch
- Cinnamon pinch
- Whole wheat toast 8 slices
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apples thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Quarter the apples and remove the core.
- 3. Cut the flesh into small cubes.
- 4. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pot over medium heat.
- 5. Fry the apple pieces for about three minutes.
- 6. Add the sugar and caramelize the mixture for two minutes.
- 7. Remove the pot from the heat and let the apples cool down.
- 8. Peel the bananas and place them in a bowl.
- 9. Puree the bananas with oat milk until smooth.
- 10. Season the banana mixture with a pinch of salt and cinnamon.
- 11. Dip the toast slices in the mixture on both sides.
- 12. Heat four tablespoons of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 13. Fry the toast slices for two minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 14. Serve the toasts with the caramelized apples.
