  2. 2. Quarter the apples and remove the core.
  3. 3. Cut the flesh into small cubes.
  4. 4. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pot over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the apple pieces for about three minutes.
  6. 6. Add the sugar and caramelize the mixture for two minutes.
  7. 7. Remove the pot from the heat and let the apples cool down.
  8. 8. Peel the bananas and place them in a bowl.
  9. 9. Puree the bananas with oat milk until smooth.
  10. 10. Season the banana mixture with a pinch of salt and cinnamon.
  11. 11. Dip the toast slices in the mixture on both sides.
  12. 12. Heat four tablespoons of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  13. 13. Fry the toast slices for two minutes on each side until golden brown.
  14. 14. Serve the toasts with the caramelized apples.
