  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius. Set the heating mode to top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Put flour, water, salt, and three tablespoons of oil into a bowl.
  3. 3. Work the ingredients into a smooth dough.
  4. 4. Divide the dough into two equal balls.
  5. 5. Cover the dough balls with a kitchen towel.
  6. 6. Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes.
  7. 7. Cut the onions in half.
  8. 8. Remove the skin from the onions.
  9. 9. Dice the onions finely.
  10. 10. Cut the tofu into small cubes.
  11. 11. Put the vegan spread into a separate bowl.
  12. 12. Add the soy yogurt.
  13. 13. Season the mixture with pepper and a pinch of salt.
  14. 14. Add a splash of olive oil.
  15. 15. Mix all ingredients of the sauce mixture well.
  16. 16. Place baking paper on the baking sheets.
  17. 17. Roll out the first portion of dough evenly on the baking paper.
  18. 18. Lift the dough together with the baking paper onto the baking sheet.
  19. 19. Repeat the rolling out with the second portion of dough.
  20. 20. Spread the soy yogurt mixture evenly over the doughs.
  21. 21. Distribute the diced onions over the doughs.
  22. 22. Add the smoked tofu cubes on top.
  23. 23. Sprinkle the Vemondo grated cheese substitute over it.
  24. 24. Put the flammkuchen into the oven one after the other.
  25. 25. Bake them for about 8 minutes.
  26. 26. Take them out when they are crispy and golden brown.
  27. 27. Cut the flammkuchen into pieces.
  28. 28. Season them to taste with additional pepper.
  29. 29. Serve the flammkuchen immediately while hot.
