  2. 2. Put flour, water, salt, and three tablespoons of olive oil into a bowl.
  3. 3. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough.
  4. 4. Divide the dough into four equal parts.
  5. 5. Shape each part into a ball.
  6. 6. Cover the dough balls with a kitchen towel.
  7. 7. Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes.
  8. 8. Wash the pears thoroughly.
  9. 9. Remove the core from the pears.
  10. 10. Halve the pears.
  11. 11. Slice the pear halves into thin slices.
  12. 12. Chop the walnuts coarsely.
  13. 13. Put the natural vegan spread into a bowl.
  14. 14. Add the soy yogurt.
  15. 15. Add one tablespoon of olive oil.
  16. 16. Stir the mixture well.
  17. 17. Season the cream with salt and pepper.
  18. 18. Take one quarter of the dough and place it on a piece of baking paper.
  19. 19. Roll the dough out evenly and thinly.
  20. 20. Repeat this with the remaining dough quarters.
  21. 21. Place the rolled-out flammkuchen along with the baking paper onto a baking sheet.

  26. 26. Cut the vegan delight block into cubes of about one centimeter in size.

  30. 30. Bake the flammkuchen one after the other in the oven.

  32. 32. The flammkuchen should be crispy and golden brown.
  33. 33. Carefully remove the flammkuchen from the oven.
  34. 34. Cut the flammkuchen into pieces.
  35. 35. Distribute the cubes of the vegan delight block on top.
  36. 36. Garnish the flammkuchen with the chopped mint.
  37. 37. Serve the flammkuchen immediately.
