Ingredients
- Organic limes 3 pcs
- Cashew nuts 200 g
- Massaman curry paste 4 tbsp
- Coconut milk 100 ml
- Sea salt 1 pinch
Instructions
- 1. Cut the limes in half.
- 2. Squeeze the juice out of the lime halves.
- 3. Add the cashew nuts, the curry paste, the coconut milk, and a pinch of salt to the food processor.
- 4. Blend the ingredients until creamy.
- 5. If the mixture is too thick, add two to three tablespoons of cold water.
