🍽️ Vegan Burger with Roasted Pepper

Ingredients
- bell pepper 2 pcs
- cilantro, fresh 10 g
- soy yogurt 200 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- rose pepper pinch
- mixed leaf salad 0.25 pcs
- mushrooms, brown 150 g
- vine tomatoes 1 pcs
- oil 3 tbsp
- Vemondo vegan burger patties 4 pcs
- hamburger buns 4 pcs
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Wash the peppers and cut them in half.
- 3. Remove the stem and seeds from the pepper halves.
- 4. Place the pepper halves cut-side down on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 5. Roast the peppers in the oven for about 15 minutes until the skin starts to turn black.
- 6. Take the peppers out of the oven.
- 7. Cover the hot pepper halves with a damp kitchen towel.
- 8. Let the peppers cool down under the towel.
- 9. Peel the cooled skin off the peppers.
- 10. Cut the roasted pepper into coarse pieces.
- 11. Wash the coriander and remove the coarse stems.
- 12. Finely chop the coriander.
- 13. Put the soy yogurt into a bowl.
- 14. Add the chopped coriander to the soy yogurt.
- 15. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
- 16. Stir everything well and taste to adjust the seasoning.
- 17. Separate the lettuce leaves from each other.
- 18. Wash the lettuce leaves and let them drain well.
- 19. Clean the mushrooms with kitchen paper if necessary.
- 20. Slice the mushrooms.
- 21. Wash the tomato and remove the stem.
- 22. Slice the tomato.
- 23. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan on high heat.
- 24. Fry the burger patties for about 8 minutes until golden brown.
- 25. Take the finished patties out of the pan and place them on a plate.
- 26. Heat another 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan on medium heat.
- 27. Fry the mushroom slices for about 3 minutes.
- 28. Take the mushrooms out of the pan.
- 29. Halve the burger buns.
- 30. Toast the bun halves cut-side down in the hot pan for about 2 minutes until golden brown, if desired.
- 31. Spread the coriander soy yogurt cream on the bottom half of the burger bun.
- 32. Place the lettuce on the cream.
- 33. Place the burger patty on the lettuce.
- 34. Place the roasted pepper pieces on the patty.
- 35. Place the tomato slices on the peppers.
- 36. Place the fried mushrooms on the tomato.
- 37. Spread the cream on the top half of the burger bun as well.
- 38. Place the top half on the burger.
- 39. Serve the vegan burgers with roasted peppers.
