🍽️ Vegan Burger with Melted Cheese

Ingredients
- vine tomatoes 1 pc.
- pickles 2 pc.
- onions, red 1 pc.
- head lettuce 0.25 pc.
- hamburger buns 4 pc.
- oil 1 tbsp.
- Vemondo vegan burger patties 4 pc.
- Vegano Genießerscheiben 4 slices
- mustard 4 tsp.
- ketchup 4 tsp.
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomato under running water.
- 2. Slice the tomato into thick rounds.
- 3. Drain the cucumbers from the jar.
- 4. Slice the cucumbers.
- 5. Peel the onion.
- 6. Cut the onion into thin rings.
- 7. Carefully separate the lettuce leaves.
- 8. Wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly.
- 9. Shake the lettuce leaves dry.
- 10. Preheat a frying pan over high heat.
- 11. Place the burger buns in the hot pan.
- 12. Toast the buns for about one minute.
- 13. Remove the buns from the pan and set them aside.
- 14. Add some oil to the hot pan.
- 15. Fry the vegan patties for about four minutes on each side.
- 16. Place the Vemondo cheese slices on the patties when there is about one minute of cooking time left.
- 17. Let the cheese melt slightly.
- 18. Spread mustard on the bottom half of the burger buns.
- 19. Place the patty with the melted cheese onto the bun.
- 20. Add the tomato slices on top.
- 21. Add the cucumber slices on top.
- 22. Add the lettuce leaves on top.
- 23. Add the onion rings on top.
- 24. Add some ketchup to the burger.
- 25. Place the top half of the burger bun on top.
- 26. Serve the burger immediately.
