  1. 1. Put flour, plant-based margarine, 150 grams of sugar, and a pinch of salt into a bowl.
  2. 2. Knead the ingredients into a dough.
  3. 3. Take about two-thirds of the dough.
  4. 4. Press this part evenly into a greased springform pan with a diameter of 26 centimeters.
  5. 5. Line the bottom of the pan with baking paper if you haven't already.
  6. 6. Form a border about 3 centimeters high.
  7. 7. Poke the bottom several times with a fork.
  8. 8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan-assisted.
  9. 9. Put the berries, water, 50 grams of sugar, and vanilla sugar into a pot.
  10. 10. Heat the mixture over medium heat until it boils.
  11. 11. Mix starch with 2 tablespoons of water in a small bowl.
  12. 12. Add the starch mixture as soon as the berries boil.
  13. 13. Let the filling boil again.
  14. 14. Spread the warm filling evenly over the dough base.
  15. 15. Take the remaining dough.
