Ingredients
- Dinkel flour, Type 630 300 g
- Spreadable fat 150 g
- Sugar 200 g
- Salt Pinch
- Berry mix, frozen 400 g
- Water 50 ml
- Vanilla Sugar 2 tsp
- Cornstarch 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Put flour, plant-based margarine, 150 grams of sugar, and a pinch of salt into a bowl.
- 2. Knead the ingredients into a dough.
- 3. Take about two-thirds of the dough.
- 4. Press this part evenly into a greased springform pan with a diameter of 26 centimeters.
- 5. Line the bottom of the pan with baking paper if you haven't already.
- 6. Form a border about 3 centimeters high.
- 7. Poke the bottom several times with a fork.
- 8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan-assisted.
- 9. Put the berries, water, 50 grams of sugar, and vanilla sugar into a pot.
- 10. Heat the mixture over medium heat until it boils.
- 11. Mix starch with 2 tablespoons of water in a small bowl.
- 12. Add the starch mixture as soon as the berries boil.
- 13. Let the filling boil again.
- 14. Spread the warm filling evenly over the dough base.
- 15. Take the remaining dough.
- 16. Crumble the dough as streusel over the filling.
- 17. Bake the cake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown.
- 18. Take the cake out of the oven carefully.
- 19. Let the cake cool down.
