🍽️ Crispy Vegan Bacon Made from Coconut

Ingredients
- soy sauce 2 tbsp
- barbecue sauce 3 tbsp
- sugar 1 tsp
- paprika, sweet 2 tsp
- coconut chips 200 g
- chili, ground 0.25 tsp
- oil 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Turn on the oven and set it to 160 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Take a large bowl.
- 3. Pour the soy sauce into the bowl.
- 4. Add the barbecue sauce.
- 5. Add the sugar to the mixture.
- 6. Sprinkle the paprika powder in.
- 7. Stir the liquids and spices well until they combine.
- 8. Add the coconut chips to the marinade.
- 9. Mix everything vigorously so that the coconut chips are completely covered.
- 10. Let the coconut chips marinate for about 10 minutes.
- 11. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 12. Take the coconut chips out of the marinade.
- 13. Spread the coconut chips out flat on the prepared tray.
- 14. Place the tray into the preheated oven.
- 15. Bake the bacon for 10 to 15 minutes.
- 16. Carefully remove the tray from the oven.
- 17. Let the bacon cool down completely on the tray.
- 18. Store the cooled bacon in an airtight container.
