🥤 Fresh Vegan Ayran Drink

Ingredients
- lemons 0.5 pc.
- soy yogurt 500 g
- water 300 ml
- salt pinch
Instructions
- 1. Take a lemon and cut it in half.
- 2. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon.
- 3. Put soy yogurt into a large shaker.
- 4. Add the lemon juice to the shaker.
- 5. Add 300 milliliters of cold water to the shaker.
- 6. Shake the mixture vigorously for about one minute.
- 7. Season the drink with a pinch of salt.
- 8. Place the ayran in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve it.
- 9. Pour the drink into glasses.
- 10. Serve the ayran and enjoy it.
