  2. 2. Take 100 grams of soft margarine, 50 grams of sugar, a pinch of salt, and 200 grams of flour.
  3. 3. Process these ingredients with a hand mixer and dough hooks to form a smooth dough.
  4. 4. Place the dough in the refrigerator for further processing.
  5. 5. Peel the apples and cut them into quarters.
  6. 6. Remove the core from the apple quarters.
  7. 7. Cut the apple pieces into wedges.
  8. 8. Take a separate bowl and add 50 grams of soft margarine, 50 grams of sugar, and 100 grams of flour.
  9. 9. Knead the ingredients together to form crumbles.
  10. 10. Place the crumbles in the refrigerator until baking time.
  11. 11. Line a 28-centimeter springform pan with baking paper.
  12. 12. Grease the sides of the pan.
  13. 13. Take the dough out of the refrigerator and roll it out on a lightly floured surface into a circle.
  14. 14. Place the dough into the springform pan.
  15. 15. Press the dough so that a rim of about 3 centimeters stands up.
