Ingredients
- vegan margarine 150 g
- sugar 100 g
- salt pinch
- wheat flour, type 405 300 g
- apples, red 6 pcs.
- powdered sugar 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
- 2. Take 100 grams of soft margarine, 50 grams of sugar, a pinch of salt, and 200 grams of flour.
- 3. Process these ingredients with a hand mixer and dough hooks to form a smooth dough.
- 4. Place the dough in the refrigerator for further processing.
- 5. Peel the apples and cut them into quarters.
- 6. Remove the core from the apple quarters.
- 7. Cut the apple pieces into wedges.
- 8. Take a separate bowl and add 50 grams of soft margarine, 50 grams of sugar, and 100 grams of flour.
- 9. Knead the ingredients together to form crumbles.
- 10. Place the crumbles in the refrigerator until baking time.
- 11. Line a 28-centimeter springform pan with baking paper.
- 12. Grease the sides of the pan.
- 13. Take the dough out of the refrigerator and roll it out on a lightly floured surface into a circle.
- 14. Place the dough into the springform pan.
- 15. Press the dough so that a rim of about 3 centimeters stands up.
- 16. Prick the dough base several times with a fork.
- 17. Distribute the apple wedges evenly over the dough.
- 18. Take the crumbles out of the refrigerator and sprinkle them over the cake.
- 19. Bake the cake for about 60 minutes in the oven.
- 20. Take the cake out of the oven carefully.
- 21. Let the cake cool down in the pan.
- 22. Dust the cooled cake with powdered sugar.
- 23. Serve the cake and enjoy it.
