🍳 Vegan Apple Porridge

Ingredients
- apples, red 2 pcs.
- oats, fine 150 g
- oil 1 tbsp.
- soy drink 800 ml
- agave syrup 2 tbsp.
- cinnamon pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apples thoroughly.
- 2. Quarter the apples.
- 3. Remove the core and seeds.
- 4. Cut the flesh into thin slices.
- 5. Put the oats and oil into a pot.
- 6. Heat the pot on medium heat.
- 7. Roast the oats for about 2 minutes.
- 8. Stop when the oats start to smell fragrant.
- 9. Add the apple slices to the pot.
- 10. Pour in the soy drink.
- 11. Add the agave syrup.
- 12. Stir everything well.
- 13. Let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes.
- 14. Season the porridge with a pinch of cinnamon.
- 15. Distribute the porridge onto small bowls.
- 16. Serve the dish as you like.
- 17. Garnish with dried fruits, nuts, or fresh apple slices.
