  2. 2. In a bowl, whisk together lukewarm water, dry yeast, and 30 grams of sugar.
  3. 3. Let the yeast mixture rest for about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. In a second bowl, thoroughly mix 100 grams of soft margarine, 50 grams of sugar, and cinnamon.
  5. 5. Wash the plums and remove the pits.
  6. 6. Cut the plums into thin strips.
  7. 7. Add flour, 2 tablespoons of margarine, and a pinch of salt to the yeast mixture.
  8. 8. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  9. 9. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of about 5 millimeters.
  10. 10. Spread the cinnamon cream evenly over the dough.
  11. 11. Then spread the plum puree evenly over the dough.
  12. 12. Distribute the plum strips over the dough strip.
  13. 13. Roll the dough up tightly.
  14. 14. Cut the dough into 6 equal rolls.
  15. 15. Grease a baking dish.
  16. 16. Place the cinnamon rolls side by side in the dish.
  17. 17. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  18. 18. Place the dish in the oven.
  19. 19. Let the rolls rise for about 20 minutes.
  20. 20. Set the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat).
  21. 21. Remove the aluminum foil.
  22. 22. Bake the rolls for about 40 minutes until golden brown.
  23. 23. Carefully remove the cinnamon rolls from the oven.
  24. 24. Let the rolls cool down.
  25. 25. In a bowl, mix powdered sugar and sour cherry nectar.
  26. 26. Spread the glaze over the cinnamon rolls.
  27. 27. Serve the cinnamon rolls warm on plates.
