  1. 1. Warm the soy drink in a pot for about 1 minute until it is lukewarm.
  2. 2. Crumble the yeast and dissolve it together with 1 tablespoon of sugar in the warm soy drink.
  3. 3. Let the mixture rest covered for about 10 minutes.
  4. 4. In a bowl, mix 190 g of sugar, 100 g of margarine, a pinch of salt, flour, and the yeast milk into a smooth dough.
  5. 5. Let the dough rise covered for about 1 hour until its volume has doubled.
  6. 6. Melt the remaining margarine in a pot.
  7. 7. Mix the melted margarine with 3 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon.
  8. 8. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1 cm thickness.
  9. 9. Spread the sugar-margarine mixture over the dough.
  10. 10. Roll the dough up lengthwise.
  11. 11. Cut the roll into slices about 5 cm thick.
  12. 12. Place the cinnamon rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  13. 13. Let the cinnamon rolls rise covered for another 30 minutes.
  14. 14. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (convection).
  15. 15. Bake the cinnamon rolls for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  16. 16. Cut a lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
  17. 17. In a bowl, mix powdered sugar with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to create a thick glaze.
  18. 18. Remove the cinnamon rolls from the oven.
  19. 19. Brush the cinnamon rolls with the glaze.
  20. 20. Enjoy the cinnamon rolls best while still warm.
