  8. 8. Cut the onion into thin strips.
  9. 9. Wash the coriander.
  10. 10. Shake the coriander dry.
  11. 11. Pluck the small coriander leaves from the stems.
  12. 12. Peel the garlic clove.
  13. 13. Finely chop the garlic.
  14. 14. Halve the lemon.
  15. 15. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  16. 16. Halve the avocados.
  17. 17. Remove the pits from the avocados.
  18. 18. Carefully scoop the avocado flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
  19. 19. Place the avocado flesh in a bowl.
  20. 20. Mash the avocado with a fork.
  21. 21. Stir the chopped garlic into the avocado.
  22. 22. Add the lemon juice.
  23. 23. Season the mixture with salt.
