🍽️ Vegan Wraps with Vemondo Nuggets

Ingredients
- Tomatoes 2 pcs
- Corn from the can 200 g
- Onions, red 1 pcs
- Cilantro, fresh 20 g
- Garlic cloves 1 pcs
- Lemons 1 pcs
- Avocado 2 pcs
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Chili, ground pinch
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Vegan nuggets with sweet chili sauce 300 g
- Wraps 2 pcs
- Vemondo Grated Delight 75 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the hard stem at the top.
- 3. Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds.
- 4. Place the corn in a colander.
- 5. Let the corn drain well.
- 6. Halve the onion.
- 7. Peel the onion.
- 8. Cut the onion into thin strips.
- 9. Wash the coriander.
- 10. Shake the coriander dry.
- 11. Pluck the small coriander leaves from the stems.
- 12. Peel the garlic clove.
- 13. Finely chop the garlic.
- 14. Halve the lemon.
- 15. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 16. Halve the avocados.
- 17. Remove the pits from the avocados.
- 18. Carefully scoop the avocado flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
- 19. Place the avocado flesh in a bowl.
- 20. Mash the avocado with a fork.
- 21. Stir the chopped garlic into the avocado.
- 22. Add the lemon juice.
- 23. Season the mixture with salt.
- 24. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 25. Season the mixture with chili.
- 26. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan on high heat.
- 27. Fry the Vemondo nuggets for about 8 minutes on both sides.
- 28. Spread the avocado mixture onto the wraps.
- 29. Fill the wraps as desired with tomato, corn, coriander, onions, grated cheese alternative, and nuggets.
- 30. Serve the wraps.
- 31. Place the filled wraps in the oven for 5 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
- 32. Alternatively, you can warm the wraps in a contact grill.
- 33. Let the vegan grated cheese melt slightly.
