🍽️ Vegan wraps with marinated tofu

Ingredients
- baby spinach 100 g
- lemons 1 pc.
- avocado 1 pc.
- smoked tofu 400 g
- vegan fresh spread, plain 300 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- garlic, granulated pinch
- cornstarch 2 tbsp
- oil 2 tbsp
- soy sauce 6 tbsp
- agave syrup 1 tbsp
- apple juice 3 tbsp
- wraps 4 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Squeeze the lemon.
- 2. Halve the avocado and remove the pit.
- 3. Separate the flesh from the skin.
- 4. Cut the avocado flesh into strips.
- 5. Break the tofu into coarse pieces.
- 6. Put the cream cheese spread into a tall container.
- 7. Add two tablespoons of lemon juice.
- 8. Add a handful of spinach.
- 9. Blend the mixture until smooth.
- 10. Season the cream with salt.
- 11. Season the cream with pepper.
- 12. Season the cream with garlic.
- 13. Put the tofu into a bowl.
- 14. Dust the tofu with cornstarch.
- 15. Add garlic to the tofu.
- 16. Add pepper to the tofu.
- 17. Mix everything well.
- 18. Put two tablespoons of oil into a pan.
- 19. Heat the oil on high heat.
- 20. Shake off excess starch from the tofu.
- 21. Fry the tofu in the pan.
- 22. Fry the tofu for about three minutes.
- 23. Fry the tofu until golden brown.
- 24. Whisk the remaining cornstarch in a separate bowl.
- 25. Add soy sauce to the starch mixture.
- 26. Add agave syrup to the starch mixture.
- 27. Add apple juice to the starch mixture.
- 28. Whisk the marinade until smooth.
- 29. Pour the marinade over the tofu in the pan.
- 30. Remove the hot pan from the stove.
- 31. Swirl the pan well to coat.
- 32. Warm the wrap briefly in the pan.
- 33. Spread the cream on the wrap.
- 34. Top the wrap with spinach.
- 35. Top the wrap with avocado.
- 36. Top the wrap with tofu.
- 37. Roll the wrap up tightly.
