  5. 5. Break the tofu into coarse pieces.
  6. 6. Put the cream cheese spread into a tall container.
  7. 7. Add two tablespoons of lemon juice.
  8. 8. Add a handful of spinach.
  9. 9. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  10. 10. Season the cream with salt.
  11. 11. Season the cream with pepper.
  12. 12. Season the cream with garlic.
  13. 13. Put the tofu into a bowl.
  14. 14. Dust the tofu with cornstarch.
  15. 15. Add garlic to the tofu.

  33. 33. Spread the cream on the wrap.
  34. 34. Top the wrap with spinach.
  35. 35. Top the wrap with avocado.
  36. 36. Top the wrap with tofu.
  37. 37. Roll the wrap up tightly.
